Younger Youth

Teenagers from grade 8 – 11 are encouraged to join with their peers in a one-hour bible study session every Wednesday evening in the church meeting rooms, between 7:00pm and 8:00pm during school weeks. The clubs follow outlines printed in the ‘Thy Way’ magazine which is given to all members of the club. These sessions are facilitated by a professing member of the congregation and organised by the adults association:

Members are expected to prepare for the meeting by doing personal study on the chapter(s) of discussion, including reading the ‘Thy way’ outline. All members get a turn in preparing an introduction on the topic of discussion. Club fees of $20 per year are payable to the adults association on commencement of the study year. The association also endeavours to organize some social events including a camp every 2 years which members are strongly encouraged to attend.
